MODULE 2: The Study of Organizations

In Module 2 you will learn how the study of behavior in organizations is essential to achieving personal success as a manager, regardless of your area of specialization. Organizational Behavior (OB) concepts help us predict and understand organizational events, adopt more accurate theories of reality, and influence organizational events more effectively. Organizational culture influences the behavior, attitudes, and overall effectiveness of employees. Organizations can achieve effectiveness when employees share values and commitment to organizational goals.

You will conclude this module with the study of the global market and how to manage across cultures.
